WHY I WORK DIFFERENTLY
I’m not just a certified coach, trainer and former professional athlete — I’m also a survivor of severe childhood trauma, and I’ve lived the work I do.
I’ve been tested by life.
Until my mid-30s, I had what many would call a “successful” life.
Then one trigger — the death of my grandmother, the woman who raised me — detonated years of unresolved trauma.
Within a short time, everything collapsed:
bankruptcy, addiction, homelessness, complete loss of self.
Seven brutal years later, I rebuilt from zero.
Because I stopped waiting for someone to rescue me, took full responsibility for where I was without blaming anyone else, and finally dealt with the core issue running my life — my mother wound.
That’s why I don’t just manage surface problems.
I know what happens when live hits, and trauma resilience collapses —
and how to rebuild it from the inside out.
Not everyone gets hit as hard as I did.
But unresolved issues don’t need a collapse to ruin your life.
